Android Developer Technical Lead

DESCRIPTION

• Collect and understand business requirements thoroughly, translate them to the technical team in the required form
• Get involved in technical design, discuss on solution alternatives, identify risks & dependencies
• Join estimation and project plan and support project manager for his/her daily work.
• Join interviews to grow team size and find talent in the market
• Mentor and lead team members
• Be responsible for scope, budget, quality and timeline
• Define project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities
• Prioritize team work, assign tasks, suggest solutions for problems, reach the goals
• When necessary, get involved in all phases of SDLC, make RCA, improve the process
• Monitor the project continuously, communicate proactively with the team and all stakeholders, report progress and status to higher management
• Execute the project with Scrum framework

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S degree in a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in similar (Team Leader, Technical Project Leader, etc.) role
• Be capable to manage team over jira based on agile need
• Minimum 3 years of past experience as software developer especially for android
• Solid grasp of Android OS, architecture and components
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles
• Solid understanding of development cycle of mobile apps
• Knowledge of and interest in mobile application development and corresponding knowledge areas
• Solid grasp of Mobile Services in the market
• Strong sense of responsibility
• In-depth knowledge and experience in agile process and principles
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English
