We are looking for an ambitious Android engineer with a deep desire to learn and develop software that improves people’s lives. If you’re passionate about developing the best product possible and collaborating with other developers to do so, then we want to hear from you!

You will join our elite team of engineers to deliver new products and services to our members while improving existing ones. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, and business team to understand product ideas and business needs and deliver solutions iteratively to our members.

• Implement native user interfaces using the latest Android techniques
• Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
• Play an active role in the team’s technical design choices, code reviews, and documentation

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping features on Android
• Kotlin, Java, Multithreading
• Android, Android SDK, Gradle, SQL, Design patterns
• RxJava/RxKotlin, Retrofit2, Glide/Fresco, Room, Coroutines
• Firebase, Google APIs, Jetpack
• Git, HTTP, WebSockets
• CI/CD
• Unit tests

Will be a plus:

• Android NDK
• Experience with custom animations
• Experience with Protobufs
