Android Engineer Intern

• Shipping production changes to the MyFitnessPal Android application
• Working collaboratively with professional software engineers
• Participate with cross functional Project Teams during the Software Development Lifecycle

• Be a current, full-time college student with at least one academic term remaining following an internship at MyFitnessPal. The following students are generally eligible:
• Undergraduate students graduating between December 2023 and May 2024 (rising Juniors or Seniors)
• Students completing their master’s degree between December 2023 and May 2024
• Full Time MBA students between the 1st and 2nd year of their program
• Reliable access to the internet and comfortable in a remote working environment
• Passion for software development
• Eager to learn through collaboration
• Basic software development experience: ideally in Java or Kotlin
• Good communication skills
• Prior Android Development experience (nice to have)
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms (nice to have)

• Paid internship with potential conversion to full time upon graduation
• Remote equal philosophy enabling you to work from any state in which we have operations in the continental U.S. (currently, not including AK)
