We are looking for a highly skilled Animation Producer with experience in 2D & 3D Animation Production. This Producer will lead and help navigate many of our internal projects by closely partnering with our of artists and supervisors working from concept through to final delivery. They will also sit alongside our Lead Producer assisting in daily studio oversight to help ensure a smooth and efficient environment across the organization.

Description

The Animation Producer will lead production teams of Designers / Animators from pre-vis work to final delivery. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Partner closely with our Animation Supervisors to ensure our projects are properly executed. - Establish close working relationships with our partnered teams. - Collaborates closely with Head of Production for the scoping of current and future projects. - Promote a professional, creative and collaborative environment for Production studio. - Manage associated project budget, track burn and do final reporting to our finance department.

• At least 7 years of experience in Animation / Post Production.
• Production experience in studios that use VFX/CG software such as, but not limited to, Maya, Cinema4D, After Effects, Houdini, or Nuke.

Preferred Qualifications

• Firm understanding of the Animation process, from pre-vis through final production.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to garner trust and influence across different departments.
• Lead through diplomacy.
• Effective and poised when operating under pressure and communicate effectively one-on-one and in large group settings.
• Flexible and can accommodate rapid change and have demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
