Department OverviewWe are looking to hire a marketing intern on a full-time basis. This position is a full time role with a good opportunity for the right candidate to start their marketing career and potentially develop and evolve their career within Motorola Solutions after the contract ends. This role will initially support the ANZ Channel business whilst also providing support to the India sales team. You would join a supportive, friendly, fun and collaborative team.
Job Description

• Support the local channel sales team and partners with day-to-day activities/enquiries. 

• Support marketing collateral, product brochures, flyers, and e-mail campaigns.

• Support with internal and external marketing communications. 

• Supporting channel partners with their Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program, helping walk them through the required documentation and process, and ensuring our brand is represented correctly. Work with them on submitting the proof of performance/activity documentation. 

• Provide support in managing spending: accounts process of invoices, raising purchase orders, and vendor management setups. 

• Provide event management support: Conference, Roadshow & Trade events

• Work with our event marketing team to help organise events, plans and giveaways.

• Help provide support and follow up with reports on Marketing Leads, ensure sales update leads regularly in the South Pacific region and provide support sometimes in India. 

• Help provide digital initiatives for the sales & marketing team to use for social media accounts.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong Microsoft or Google Office experience/skills

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills are highly desirable

• Strong desire to work in the IT&T industry
