Job Description

  • When Aircraft on Ground (AOG) event occurs, work with various airliner(s) to ensure spare part(s) are delivered promptly to requestor.
  • Utilize SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and MS Office to begin delivery process and audit part tracking until arrival at customer location.
  • Work with engine manuals for various GTF, OCE, and V2500 engine programs to provide analysis on Customer and ATA code corrections.
  • Provide weekly report to SOW Author on status of existing AOG events and their status to resolve.
  • Identify needs for improvements and provide ideas on how to make existing work processes more efficient & robust.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization (management, co-workers, customer)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics & SAP a plus.
  • VBA Coding & excel macroinstruction experience a plus.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred

Travel Requirements

  • < 10%

Shift

  • Monday through Friday, 11am-7pm.
