AP Accountant

Our Accounts Payable Accountant will be primarily responsible for processing all vendor disbursements while also supporting the other financial disciplines including accounting reconciliation and reporting. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Execute end to end accounts payable process using Sage Intacct for vendor disbursements and Concur for T&E reimbursement
• Perform banking functions related to disbursements and manage accounts payable aging and vendor relationships with regards to invoice issuance and payment
• Prepare reconciliation of disbursement activity to relevant financial records and support accounting organization with other assigned tasks
• Support execution of the company’s purchasing card program

Essential Education, Experience, and Interests: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a focus on accounts payable processing and basic accounting and reconciliation tasks  
• Well versed in MSOffice suite with working experience using Sage Intacct and Concur
