Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This will be including process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

As an AP & AR Assurance Analyst you will be working closely with a group of professionals supporting the team within Global Finance Organization.
 

As an AP & AR Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that revenue accruals and exception requested are prepared in line with BKR policy, standard processes and accounting rules and conventions.

• Ensuring the related revenue accruals and other associated accounting entries are correctly prepared & posted.

• Performing revenue assurance process to validate billed & unbilled revenue during the month.

• Preparing and review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by Accenture.

• Involving SAP analysis of various co. codes which involves analysis of other general accounts as well on a regular basis and advising improvements and corrective actions.

• Working closely with External and Internal Auditors to assist in completion of all audits.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ etc).
• Have 3-4 years working in Accounting and finance.
• Have experience in revenue recognition and assurance & contract review and validation is required.
• Have knowledge in US GAAP, SAP, Pascal and MS office skills will be an added advantage.
• Able to stay longer hours during the close to cover SSA time zone.
• Possess good analytical skills with proactive mind-set, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.
