AP Specialist (Mandarin)

Job Description：
Responsibilities:

• *** Proficient in Mandarin as they need to communicate with team in China***
• Add new suppliers and maintain suppliers’ information in supplier management system.
• Submit and maintain contracts in contract system.
• Generate purchase orders when required.
• Manage vendor payments, process vendor payments including monthly and timely, and accurately, and comply with company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Take the lead in resolving purchase orders, purchase requests and invoices issues with internal and external parties.
• Perform Ad-hoc accounting and financial duties as assigned.
• Skills: communication, Oracle, Microsoft Office, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving

Job Requirements：

• BS or BA in economics, accounting, finance, business or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin needed due to communication requirements with team in HQ in China).
• Experience with Oracle preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet priorities in a fast-pace environment.
