Your Role and Responsibilities
Be responsible for leading AP Application Runtime support team to achieve the annual Key Performance Index of case support.
Drive team performance and skill development to build a strong support team to provide high quality of support to Application Runtime (WAS MFP WSA Cp4Apps) customers during AP time zone.
Work closely with worldwide support managers to provide good team coverage of Follow the Sun support.
Cooperate with other internal teams to drive WAS renewal business in AP.
Provide WAS worldwide manager weekend standby duty.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years of software remote support experience.
The ability to lead a cross country team in AP.
Strong leadership communication skill and collaboration ability.
Strong teamwork spirit.
Be innovative agile and motivational.
Be fluent in Chinese and English.
