AP/AR Specialist

The AP/AR specialist is a key role in vendor and customer relationships and is part of the Finance internal customer service team here at Freewave. This position will be responsible for processing all vendor payables and managing all invoicing of our customers while supporting the internal buyers, the sales team, and the shipping team with processes.

Pay Range -hourly position - $55K - $60K annual pay with OT potential. This is a hybrid role with T/TH in office.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot variances and resolve discrepancies.

• Knowledge of Basic Excel - VLOOKUP's, Pivots, etc.
• Must be a US Person in accordance with United States immigration laws to be considered for this position
