API & Cloud Product Owner

Job Description

We currently have a career opportunity for an API & Cloud Product Owner. While our headquarters location is St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States and will be working CT and ET zone.

Perficient is currently seeking an intelligent, analytical, energetic, passionate individual to join our team as an API & Cloud Product Owner. This role will be engaged in requirements gathering, analysis and development of all tiers of the system primarily using Java, Spring Boot, APIGEE, various databases, AWS/GCP technologies, and other DevOps tools in an object-oriented application environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability and passion to work closely with both onsite and remote teams and vendors to deliver on time, high quality functionality.

The API & Cloud team enables our internal and external constituents to access data in a securely and timely manner. As a contributor to the API & Cloud team, you will work on analysis, design, develop, test, and implement APIs/Applications to our constituents.

Overview:

As a Product Owner, you are responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog. This is an instrumental role in driving day to day development for a digital API program that generates high business and client value to the organization and touches millions of consumers. You will have a key role working with cross-functional teams of designers, software engineers, QA engineers, and analysts to build intuitive workflows.
