API Implementation Customer Success

Canopy Connect is building the infrastructure that powers best-in-class insurance experiences. We empower consumers to gain value and convenience from their own data and we enable businesses to securely and quickly support their customers.

We're growing quickly and are scaling up. As an API Implementation Onboarding Specialist you'll ensure that Canopy Connect’s API customers launch with our product quickly and successfully. This position requires strong technical and communication skills. You will work with companies that range from small startups to large technology unicorns.

About you

• 3-5 years of experience implementing APIs/User interfaces in professional service companies (e.g. insurance wealth planning accounting etc) especially with companies like Plaid Finicity Yodlee and MX.

• Demonstrated experience delivering technical projects with multiple stakeholders across executives product engineering and sales

• Strong understanding of UX best practices and design

• Bonus :  Full-stack JS experience

• Bonus: Deep insurance industry knowledge.

The expected salary range for this position is: $90k - $150k depending on experience and skills.
