Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Location: Plano, TX (onsite)

This role is a hands-on APIGEE/DevOps Engineer requiring strong DevSecOps principals

Responsibilities:

• Configuring Edge Set standards for API documentation and development workflows
• API delivery end-to-end which includes planning, design, development, testing and delivery of APIs
• Develop and deploy API policies using Apigee Edge Platform or other API platforms
• Design, develop and prototype cloud deployed and DevOps enabled scalable solutions to business problems in alignment with the architecture direction and standards
• Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and framework related to logging, authentication, security, error recovery, etc.

Skills Required:

• Must have hands-on experience with Apigee, API Lifecycle, Proxies
• Experience with supporting hybrid deployment model using APIGEE
• Experience with configuring APIs and API Proxies
• Experience in building pipelines for Apigee
• Expertise in managing API lifecycle, configuring routes and flows
• Knowledge of deploying programmable and configurable proxies
• Experience with Apigee operations and configuration
• Experience building developer portal, preferably using Drupal
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Ability to communicate well with team and other technical stakeholders for implementation
• Ability to work in fast-paced teams with quick decision making
