Key Responsibilities:

• App Gamification: Develop gamification strategies to boost user engagement and retention.
• Marketing and User Acquisition: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive app downloads and reach target audiences.
• Feature Development and Usage: Collaborate with product teams to enhance app features and increase user engagement.
• User Journey Optimization: Improve the user journey for a seamless experience from onboarding to long-term use.
• User Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to increase user retention, including personalized content and push notifications.
• Real-Time User Engagement: Develop initiatives to increase the number of active users.
• Third-Party Integrations: Identify and manage third-party service integrations to enhance app functionality.
• Offline Push for App: Execute offline marketing strategies to drive app awareness and downloads.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in app growth, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful app growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of app gamification and user engagement.
• Experience in user acquisition and retention with a data-driven approach.
• Proficient in analyzing user journey and feature usage data.
• Excellent marketing skills, including campaign planning and execution.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations.
• Ability to develop offline marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
