App Marketing Consultant - (M/F/D)

REPLUG is looking for an experienced and motivated T-shaped mobile marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience in the mobile industry. You don’t only bring to the table your experience but also your willingness to shape the growth of some interesting international brands. 

We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next steps in their career by joining a fast-growing international mobile consultancy agency, by taking a leadership role in managing projects and growing revenues by exploring opportunities and connecting the right dots with other team members.

• Directly manage international accounts, talking with our partners and ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Take a direct responsibility in consulting our partners across a wide range of areas, as well as driving growth
• Coordinate team members in delivering their activities across different areas, such as App Store Optimization, Paid User Acquisition, Mobile CRM and Retention, as well as Martech infrastructure. 
• Develop growth plans for the partners you manage, and identify new business opportunities together with the commercial team
• Directly collaborate with the co-founders to ideate and design the company growth for the next few years

• 3+ years of experience in mobile and app marketing, with direct experience in the following areas: ASO, Paid User Acquisition, mobile CRM and Retention
• You are comfortable in working with a full-funnel app growth approach, rather than focusing on a special area
• You understand the challenge of a company growing their mobile app business
• You know your way around Mobile Measurement Partners (Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, etc…) as well as CRM & Retention tools (Leanplum, Braze, CleverTap, etc…) 
• You are not scared to get your hands dirty and have dealt with technical issues a number of times in the past (e.g. iOS 14 setup)
• You are confident with Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other BI tools
• You have impeccable project management skills and know how to use Trello or Jira to ensure projects delivery
• You don’t scare away by talking with partners and taking ownership of activities
