App Marketing Designer (Freelance 20-30h/week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled App Marketing Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. As an App Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and effective marketing materials for our mobile applications and websites. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to create designs that align with our brand and marketing goals.

As a passionate visual storyteller, you will craft compelling content through design. Your expertise adds accents, giving the brand an authentic voice. You will focus on creating visual design for our marketing touch points, including ad creatives for our paid marketing campaigns, assets for our blog content and paid social media campaigns.

In this role, you'll work closely with our UA & Performance Marketing Team to create engaging and compelling ad creatives to make sure that our visual language stays consistent across all the channels to ensure that NeuroNation is the first choice for all prospective cognitive athletes. Together, we devise innovative strategies to market Synaptikon's products, grow the brand, attract new users, and keep existing ones excited about our product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Co-create and manage company’s visual brand identity
• Develop and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and target audiences globally and that they stay consistent throughout all channels 
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our users and create original illustrations, animations and videos that resonate with our target audiences globally
• Co-create advertising concepts for mobile marketing campaigns and their subsequent iterations
• Create artwork, such as logos, social media assets and occasionally promotional materials such as one-pagers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest app marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile advertising
• Work closely with the UA team to ensure designs are aligned with marketing strategies and goals
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our competitors and stay ahead of the competition through innovative design solutions

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating art direction
• Strategic, systematic design thinking
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Skilled in visual layout and a keen eye for typography and color selection.
• A keen understanding of how to apply brand visuals across a variety of digital channels.
• Detail oriented - you work pixel perfect but balanced with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture in your design work.
• Strong understanding of app marketing design principles and best practices
• Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, as well as familiarity with Slack and Jira.
