Job Overview

App-Ops Data Analyst is a new role on Rightworks' App-Ops engineering team. This position will be critical for analyzing the immense amount of data collected from multiple systems, organizing said data into clearly defined and colorful reports and delivering this information to the leaders of all Rightworks' departments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, derive insights and publish data for key aspects of the RightWorks hosted environment, including:
  • Application Performance
  • Application Usage
  • Application DeploymentRemoval
  • Error Collection
• Work with members of the App-Ops team to debug anomalies or trends that arise from data.
• Maintain a statistical dashboard that will be viewed internally by multiple orgs, including Sales, Marketing and Product.
• Handle all request for on-demand reports.

Requirements:

• A basic understanding of systems and networks
• Extensive experience with data analytics tools such as:
  • SQL
  • PowerBI
  • Splunk
  • Excel
  • PowershellScripting
• Extensive experience with formatting and presenting data.
• Ability to work with an engineering team to debug and solve problems.
• BA in Data Analytics (Preferred)
• 2+ years working on a data analytics team
