Business Analyst (Grade 9)
AppDynamics is on a journey to becoming one of Cisco's most influential and transformational SaaS business unit. This requires a significant amount of organizational, process and leadership evolution in a short amount of time. AppDynamics will continue to evolve as a business within Cisco over time and as a result, we are establishing a role that will drive all aspects of the further integration of our product strategy and commercialization to Cisco GTM systems and processes.
A critical element of the next phase in our journey at AppD is the ability to reach across the aisle to our counterparts in Cisco to ensure Cisco sellers can sell AppDynamics products. This person will partner with ONEx as we more deeply integrate our offers within the Cisco portfolio, ensuring all AppDynamics products are able to transact on the Cisco GPL. The person will be responsible for working through the requirements of complying with Cisco processes and GTM motions through various aspects of the integration. This role will drive processes and initiatives to unify our PxE org and GTM functions to drive a thoughtful yet accelerated approach to AppD's significant integration and GTM milestones ahead.
Specific Responsibilities for this role include:
• Ensure all GTM motions and offers are backed by 100% transactability on the GPL
• Drive alignment of product priorities to the GTM motions of the broader Cisco portfolio.
• Align NPI and commercialization processes with Cisco's existing motions
• Manage transition and integration of AppD's portfolio into Cisco thoughtfully while balancing considerations that align with the broader product & portfolio strategy
• Bring the multiple cross-functional teams together across the PxE and GTM orgs to attack workstreams that help us better integrate with Cisco, with end-to-end processes.
• Aggregate customer feedback to ensure their voices are a core pillar in our prioritization strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
• Track record of driving large complex projects that achieve intended outcomes.
• Successful experiences of influencing key stakeholders when working with cross functional teams
• Outstanding operational and project management skills
• Outstanding executive communications skills
• Track record of excelling in large complex organizations
• Strong, positive track-record of innovation and collaboration - able to work with diverse teams in diverse locations, engaging their input and commitment to success.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Cisco's and/or AppD's GTM systems and processes
• Familiarity with AppD's product portfolio and strategy
• Experience working on SaaS products
• PMP or Six Sigma Certified
• 3-5 Years of complex Project Management experience
