Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 35M registered users, 50M matches annually, 1.5B likes sent, 900K monthly active users, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.

You will:

• Lead a team of iOS developers.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Perform team-wide & personal goal setting (OKR).
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies, optimizing development workflows, and contributing to the overall technical strategy.
  

From you:

• Proficient technical expertise in iOS development.
• Experience leading a team of developers: providing guidance, creating personal improvement plans, mentoring.
• Hands-on experience with scalable, maintainable app architecture.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiasm for exploring and implementing innovative solutions (if needed, of course).
• Experience in challenging and proving the necessity of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing long-working solutions, like building a testing policy.
• Product-first mindset.
