About This Role

IntelliDyne is looking for an Appian Developer to join our team.  Your primary responsibility will be to help lead projects and work throughout the entire project life-cycle to define, design, develop and implement custom software solutions using Appian’s low-code platform for our commercial clients. This includes working within an agile environment to understand IntelliDyne's business processes and technical needs, launch new relational data models in production, developing APIs to integrate with multiple systems, and leading/mentoring consultants through fast-paced software implementations. You will also collaborate with our operations, technical teams and business users as needed throughout the entire software and development life cycle and drive adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own.

Work Location: Remote - Must be located within the continental USA

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship 

Status:  This is a TEMPORARY position (2-3 Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications and integrations to meet client requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using Appian's low-code platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers on Appian development best practices and standards.
• Work with other members of the development team to ensure the overall quality and consistency of the solution.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Stay current with the latest Appian trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-level solutions using the Appian platform.
• Strong knowledge of Appian development best practices and standards.
• Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeling, and Integration Design.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Experience with Appian plug-ins and custom components.
• Familiarity with other low-code platforms.

Preferred:

• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
