JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a skilled AppianĀ Developer to join our team in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of a regulatory data management system that will be utilized by multiple state agencies, federal partners, and industry stakeholders for the safety of human and animal foods. Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain a public trust clearance.Ā
Key Responsibilities:
As an Appian Developer involved in all phases of the development life cycle, you will participate in design sessions, both from custom code as well as architecture standpoint.
Additional duties to include:
- Develop and implement Appian web-based applications utilizing built in templates and low-code/no-code components.
- Determine innovative and best-fit solutions based on customer requirements and user experience guidelines.
- Integrate Appian with external systems for data exchange.
- Create various document artifacts including design documents, user guides, installation instructions, etc.
- Participate in customer and team meetings to support various program tasks including design, technical analysis, quality assurance and troubleshooting including performance issues, etc.
- Participate in Agile development ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, customer demos, and sprint retrospective meetings.
Required Qualifications and Experience
⢠3 + years of experience in Appian, building solutions and delivering mission critical applications, leveraging Appian platform 17.x and above
⢠2+ years' experience in HTML, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, Java Script, Ajax
⢠Strong business analysis, model-driven-architecture and model-driven-development ā specifically to produce analysis, design, component and deployment models for Appian based applications
