Job Description

This position is hybrid and will be required to be in office two times per month for collaboration working sessions.

Job Summary

The Application Administrator is responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance and support of one or more applications leveraged by the company. The administrator creates and maintains documentation and configuration standards, and works with vendors and individuals to troubleshoot and resolve problems and improve user effectiveness.

Job Duties

• Investigates, troubleshoots and corrects system issues (user/data/vendor). Upgrades and deploys system software, as required, to meet corporate needs. Maintains production stability and data integrity by following designated corporate standards and best practices.
• Creates and maintains system, support, and configuration documentation and works to support a roadmap of continually improving efficiency and system reliability.
• Cross trains with other team members in the systems, software and tools. Ability to learn from mentors and other leaders. Maintains a positive, friendly and constructive attitude when working with team members and other associates.
• Working to become a subject matter expert for the system(s) including: software, data flows, scheduled jobs, interfaces and data warehouse knowledge, to ensure operational/configuration data is available for internal users. Works with field personnel to understand issues and coordinate improvements to the system. Contributes to support an IT roadmap that is forward thinking and sets the ground work for reducing maintenance cost while meeting or exceeding business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with Exeter's policies & procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field of study.
• Two plus (2+) years of job related experience.
• Ability to become the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications. Knowledge with automotive origination, lending and associated systems a plus.
• Experience and understanding of relational databases and good knowledge of using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and similar data analytics tools.
• Experience with administering or being a power user in one or more of the following applications or environments a plus: Servicing Systems/SHAW, Origination Systems/CALMS, SharePoint, IIS, Payment Portals, Document Management Systems/GlobalSearch, SAS, Coupa, MS Dynamics, DocuSign, FSSI, Active Batch, JIRA.

This position is hybrid and will be required to be in office two times per month for collaboration working sessions.

Salary Range: $67,800 - $93,600

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
