About the Role
As the Application Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our Client Support team.
This is a hands-on, critical role in our organization and highly technical- the right candidate will enjoy problem-solving with our client support team, leading the investigation of multiple Support Tickets while working collaboratively to understand and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities
Solving complex API functionality issues while driving successful and professional technical communications

Strong ability to quickly look at back-end system logs to understand end to end customer experience.

Quickly identify digital customer behavior changes by looking at logs and database.

Recognize and address potential system integration issues.
Prioritizing issues and giving our teams the level of support and problem solving they need to solve them.

Efficiently identify issues, communicate with partners and the support team to swiftly resume application in case of disruption and provide the best customer experience.
Creating knowledge articles to complete our documentation, enabling our partners to better understand their journey.

Ability to identify patterns to be able to automate and provide guidance on recurring customer concerns.

Must have strong technical skills, be able to automate, develop monitoring processes and provide auditing reports.
Being innovative within the team and partners to help improve processes and tools.

Must Have
- Strong track record of problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a previous hands-on Level 2 Technical Support role.
- 3+ years' experience with REST and RESTful APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and the ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
- Proficient English-speaking spills, ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple fashion to customers.
- Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to software development.
- Ability to plan and manage projects independently and solve complex problems.
- Eager learner, ready to dig into many technical areas.
Must live in NYC metro area – role is hybrid.
