Summary

Responsible for supporting the Meditech CWS/REG/ABS/HIM/REG/ARM and CM applications as well as the EMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index) tool across the Steward enterprise with a focus on the Meditech Community Wide Scheduling application

Work closely with application and technical teams on support, maintenance, and implementation of application changes, enhancements and small projects.

Responsibilities• Support all Meditech Administrative application related issues and work closely with vendors to resolve• Act as front end support and provide education on the EMPI tool across the enterprise• Work collaboratively with application and technical teams on shared code and dictionaries• Contribute to the testing efforts of multiple projects from inception to post implementation• Recommend improvements or modifications to applications to ensure the highest quality product

Education• Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Experience• 2-3 years' experience working with Meditech Administrative applications: CM/REG/ABS/HIM/REG/ARM and/or CWS• Meditech Community Wide Scheduling experience strongly preferred• Experience leading small projects across multiple disciplines• Demonstrates the ability to work independently or as part of a team• Candidate should have strong organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills as

demonstrated by the successful and timely completion of assignments
