Application Architect

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• The primary role of this candidate will be to work with product owners, stakeholders and developers to determine technical feasibility and design solutions based on Clean Earth’s platform strategy. 
• This candidate would be expected to produce designs and specifications across the entire stack, including mobile applications.
• This candidate will be working in a highly collaborative environment to help Clean Earth build out its strategic solutions for the future.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 1+ years of application architect eperience
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud platform, message queuing technologies, stream processing and event driven architectures
• Experience developing with .Net and C# in Azure
• Experience Kafka (including KSQL, Confluent tools, etc.)
• Direct experience designing web services, REST APIs, microservices and Ocelot
• Direct designing data models on SQL Server
• Experience with React JS solutions
• Mobile application design experience
• Strong knowledge of JSON and XML formats
• Direct experience with Azure Devops, Git, etc.
• Experience with clustering and high availability configurations
• Experience with CI/CD Tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of architect experience
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium
• Experience with Oracle ERP integrations
• Experience with Avalara integrations
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with clustering and high availability configurations
• Experience with Kubernates/Docker
