Job Role: Graph Architect

Location: Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Producing, maintaining, and modifying an AIOps Dashboard interface currently under develpoment.
• Collaborating with analytics team to implement new and innovative features, enhancements, and solutions.
• Fixing any website bugs or issues that arise.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimizing Tinkerpop Gremlin calls for maximum speed and scalability.
• Delivering solutions that are customer-focused, elegant, and viable, while minimizing technical debt and overhead.
• Working across multiple internal technical teams to develop a world-class user experience.
• Maintain data assets, manage data schemas and projects descriptions.
• Research and develop machine learning algorithms to solve problems involving graph technologies.
• Champion software engineering tasks, manage their complete development and deployment, and implement new features.
• Collaborate with engineering team on Graph DB related tasks.
• Maintain awareness of the breadth of use cases for semantic technologies and contribute to educating other team members.
• Act as a thought leader in the technical space through researching and knowing industry trends as well as cutting edge tools and technologies.
• Wrangle data to prototype systems for self-service business intelligence-driven capabilities.
• Analyze multiple sources of structured, unstructured data to propose and design data architecture solutions for scalability, high availability, fault tolerance and elasticity.
• Advise cross-functional teams in the implementation of a phased development and deployment approaches graduating from near-term quick wins to full self-service over time
• Support the Integration of various technologies to enable demonstrations of important use cases, including
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Requirements Management & Analysis (Agile)
• Collaborative Ontology Editors
• Semantic Graph Application Platforms
• Semantic Graph Databases
• Simulation Lifecycle Management (SLM)

Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in design, implementation and administration for hardware and systems portfolios
• Experience with SKOS, RDF, OWL, SHACL, SPARQL and related W3C and IETF recommendations
• Expertise with semantic HTML. Solid background in Front-end web design (HTML/CSS, Bootstrap)
• Proficiency in creating responsive layouts using CSS.
• Experience with ontology tools such as TopBraid Composer, Protg, PoolParty, SBEVision, Mobi, JSON-LD Playground, GRUFF, WIDOCO, WebVOWL, EMMOntoPy
• Experience with graphstores such as Stardog, Anzo, Neo4J, Virtuoso, TigerGraph or Cosmos DB
• Experience with infrastructure compute, storage, cyber, and network technologies and resources
• Extensive use of APIs and understanding of HTTP and REST architecture.
• Experience working with systems configuration management, orchestration, and infrastructure as code with tools such as Ansible and/or Terraform
• Experience using container platform and orchestration systems ECS, AKS, Kubernetes/Docker, OpenShift
• Experience designing and operating highly scalable, secure, high performing systems and platforms
• Experience with integration and use of Azure services with custom developed applications, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and open source software (OSS)
• Prior experience in application management and release methodologies
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively across multiple business, IT and engineering team
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information
• High level of motivation, self-starter, ability to demonstrate effective project management and completion of complex network tasks with little guidance
• Experience with native JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Knowledge of web browsers, page performance, and the DOM.
• Experience with version control (e.g Git).
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Graph databases
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript
• Proficiency in web visualization libraries for network display (e.g. vis.js)
• Experience working with large datasets
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: entity/relation extraction, information extraction, semantics, ontology, knowledge graphs
• Strong problem solving skills applied to real world analytical problems
• Ability to communicate complex qualitative analysis in clear and precise manner
• Readiness to work and multitask in fast moving environment
• Experience in telecom data preferred
• Excellent level of spoken and written English
