Application Architect: Process Management (BPM)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• As a BPM Architect directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.
• You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Identify and challenge several scenarios by considering the business environment.
• You are responsible for design development testing and support of reports interfaces data conversions and enhancements.
• Collaboratively co-create a Business Strategy for the client organization.
• Deliver flexible fit-for-purpose Operating Models to meet the client’s unique business needs and culture goals.
• Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall 12+ years with minimum 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in BPM and IID.
• IBM BPM/BAW-IID is the primary required skill (development and maintenance).
• Other desired skills along with BPM/BAW-IID are IBM MQ IBM DB2 Unix scripts etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Having domain knowledge on logistics / supply chain management is an added advantage.
