Application Architect (SAP HANA Master Data Governance)

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an accomplished Application Architect with a strong focus on SAP HANA Master Data Governance to join our innovative Information Technology team. In this role you will be responsible for the designs development and support of enterprise level master data solution using SAP Master Data Governance and/or other SAP Master Data Management solutions. Your excellent presentation and communication skills will be essential in conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of complex master data solution.
• Provide guidance to the implementation team during the entire project life cycle involving products like SAP MDG SAP MDM etc.
• Lead the master data governance team motivating and mentoring team members.
• Provides effort and time estimates for MDM activities and identify & manage dependencies.
• Applies reuses and integrates existing business logic and infrastructure to validate & govern data.
• Develop comprehensive plan for the execution of MDM project activities.
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure alignment and address their MDM requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through periodic status reports and presentations highlighting milestones progress and potential risks.
• Proven experience to lead the MDG track comprising Materials Business Partners Finance Objects as well as work with Utopia for Plant Maintenance Objects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading and executing SAP Master Data Governance projects .
• Proven expertise in SAP Master Data Governance and/or other SAP Master Data Management solutions .
• Solid knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance processes and best practices.
• Expertise with controlling master data flow between SAP and non-SAP applications with predefined data models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication collaboration and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
