Job Description
Application Automation Engineer Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Automation Engineer Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead and mentor QA team members of Claims team. S/he will perform the following duties: manage test data including creation and mining; service test data requests (Data Load/Scrub) based on assigned priorities; provide required Test data for User Acceptance Test, QA Test; develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures; develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles; make recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers; test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications; handle data profiling and setup of test data utilities; define data management practices; lead all efforts relating to testing and/or coordination of release efforts and also plan and review test models for system, systems integration and automation tests; participate in quality reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards; and escalate any risks and/or un-resolvable issues.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Quality Assurance Senior Analyst, Test Engineering Analyst, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in SQL (Structured Query Language); 6 years of experience working on ETL (Informatica Powercenter) and BI (Business Intelligence) tools; 5 years of experience working with Facets to create group member claims; 5 years of experience with test automation and management tools like Selenium, UFT, and ALM; 6 years of experience working with Electronic Data Interchange file formats mandated by Government through HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to support data exchange between payer and providers/other vendors; and 6 years of experience working Agile/SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment providing testing services.
