IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Core Banking Finacle Platform
• Manage and Ensure Effective Communication with IBM and client
• Development and Customization/Configuration Finacle Reports using I-Report tool and MRT
• Developing Scripts and Extensions
• Application Development & Maintenance
• Data Migration and Implementation
• Testing & Validation
• Performance Optimization

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 6+ years of experience into Finacle Customization all modules & CRM Customization skillset will be added advantage.
• Proficient with Core Development and Customization Finacle Reports using I-Report tool and MRT
• Good knowledge in Banking Domain (Finacle) including both Functional and Technical aspect.
• Good knowledge on SQL PL/SQL Programming and Database objects (Procedures Stored Procedures Functions Packages Indexes and views).
• Customization on product and customized menus in Finacle Core.
• Good knowledge in Finacle Shell Scripting Web Technologies (JSP HTML JAVA SCRIPT JASPER)
• Experience in FI (Finacle Integration) customization in Finacle 10.x.
• Experience in C24 (Connect 24) customization in Finacle 10.x.
• Should be capable of analysing Customization Requirements.
• Should be well versed in Finacle customisation tools.
• Good have knowledge in Finacle database tables in all Modules
• Should have flow awareness and knowledge in connect 24 and FI
• Should have worked in most of the core and CRM modules
• Should have exposure in Client co-ordination/interaction.
• Communicate with team members/Clients Effectively.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good Understanding of Core Banking Skills
• Advance Knowledge of Finacle and Experience in Trouble shooting Finacle and its surround Applications
• Experience in working in Finacle in the Indian Environment
• Should have handled a team > 20 in the Banking Industry
• Effective Handling of Critical Situations
• Ability to handle Stress Situations Effectively
