Application Consultant Workday

Basic-Fit's IT department is expanding!

We are looking for an experienced Workday Application Consultant with a strong focus on integration to join our HR Transformation Team. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing complex integrations within the Workday platform but you will also play a pivotal role in other HRIS-related projects (e.g. process optimization, automation of repetitive tasks, new system implementation..).

This is what your assignment looks like:

• Design, configure and test integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connect for third-party systems.
• Implement best practices for data governance and security within Workday integrations.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex system issues, working closely with internal IT teams, Workday support, and external vendors as needed.
• Implement configuration changes (business processes, security roles, new reports, new features) according to business requirements and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement, leveraging Workday's latest features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.

We ask:

At least 4-5 years of experience working with Workday with a focus on integration development. You like to work in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

We also ask

• Proven expertise in developing Workday Studio integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connect and experience or interest in mastering other modules or HRIT applications.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of Workday’s underlying data structure and integration technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Workday certification(s) preferred (e.g., Workday Studio, Integration).
• Experience in working in an Agile environment is an advantage.
• You are structured, organized and good communicator.
• With your eyes for detail, you know how to get things done!
