APPLICATION DEVELOPER

Emagine IT has an immediate need for an Application Developer to join our team in support of our customer located in McLean, VA. Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance to be considered.

Responsibilities include: • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.• Collaborate with the project team to analyze and improve existing processes and workflows.• Leverage data analysis skills to support the client's mission and objectives.• Review code and implement quality control checks to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.• Produce and conduct test cases for quality assurance.• Document code and track application functionality.• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: • An active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance. • 7+ years prior application development experience.• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment for a matrixed organization.• Demonstrated knowledge of Service Now application development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.• Experience with Agile and SCRUM processes and methodologies.• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) practices, principles, and techniques as they apply to Agile development process.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to listen and relate with the customer.• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers.• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Strong team player that is willing to help other team members at all times.

Additional Requirements (optional) • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.• Experience with API-based data sources.• Relational Database Experience.
