Application Developer

Overview & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Application Developer will develop and design lightweight applications with rapid AI-driven application development.

BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Information Systems

• Experience: Minimum 5 years hands on experience as a full stack developer.

• Technical Skills: Web applications, React, AngularJS, SQL, .NET or similar tech stack. AI driven application development. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front end build pipelines and tools.

• Business skills: Should be able to work with business units to define application functionality while building highly robust and efficient web applications.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES

• Build secure, scalable web applications in a Rapid application development environment.

• Design, develop and maintain applications based on end user requirements, with focus on CRUD applications.

• Create applications for managing and mastering data.

• Design and create user friendly, intuitive interfaces that are easy to use.

• Design, build and maintain relevant backend databases, services, and APIs.

• Establish code standards and libraries for future use.

• Create processes and procedures for unit testing and code deployment.

• Work closely with cross functional teams.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and familiar with agile methodologies.
