Job Description

A P&G Application Developer will be responsible for:

  • Independently worked on at least 2 to 3 mid to large-sized implementation projects. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications and re-engineering program components.
  • Identifies and resolves simple to medium complexity production problems during the cutover phase.
  • Participates in code reviews.
  • Assists in definition of integration points between packaged apps and 3rd party systems.
  • Performs performance testing to check application characteristics and evaluate how application performs under normal or load conditions.
  • Creates technical documents outlining application overview, function, dependencies etc.Unit test applications for functionality.
  • Coordinates with testing team to solve bugs.
  • Executes conversion plans such as conversion from legacy to newly developed applications, conversion plan for upgrades etc
  • Possesses hands-on experience on the programming languages of one of the packages applications such as PLM/ ITSM/ ERP's: Oracle, JDA, SAP,ABAP, and BASIS.
  • Has proficiency in developing simple to medium complexity SQL queries.
  • Has prior experience of working in the same platform and programming language.
  • Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Able to flex between projects (prioritization between projects)
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • DTC and/or Online retail UI/UX expertise
  • At least have experience with DTC
  • Understand UI/UX
  • Google Analytics 360
  • (Tech Skills) Coding Skills - HTML, JavaScript, CSS

  • Big Commerce
  • CRM administration (email logic)
  • Assist the team
  • Troubleshooting
  • Development of Shopify and Shopify Plus themes
  • GTM (Google Tag Manager)
