Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be focusing on individual/ team objectives and involve yourself in the development of professional effectiveness. In the role you will design applications write codes test debug and maintain Software Applications across various platforms and technologies.

Qualification and Key Competencies:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Hire from Mechanical / Production Engineering background to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team with the following skills

• Programming (preferably in Java Python Node.js. .net)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PLM software tools and concept is a plus
• Software Development Life Cycle Concepts

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• B. Tech with Mechanical stream 2024 passouts
• Ability to manage the product lifecycle phases in the project
• Design develop and/or re-engineer application components and integrate software packages programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
• The ability to support Technical Consultants and leads in building solutions and providing technical mentoring and guidance
• Data Management ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Conduct and be part of design thinking discussions/workshops
• Work on research and analysis
• Define and document customer journeys
• Understand and document innovation priorities and trends for the industryPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
• Good to have : completed any courses on Pluralsight / Coursera / edX on programming / Cloud / Data Science / AI.
• A quick starter who works with minimal direction should have exceptional consulting skills and analytical abilities for understanding customer journey.
