Application Developer

Overview

BigBear.ai is seeking an Application Developer to support the D3 division of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

This position will be based out of Washington, D.C. and will offer remote flexibility.

You will be maintaining existing production and dissemination systems (CORE and DIO) for finished intelligence at DIA. Implement a new modernize enterprise system for FINTEL production and dissemination for the entire IC in a cloud architecture. Support integration of external applications dependant on CORE and DIO. Provide leadership and technical expertise to the client and prime on meeting organizational needs and security requirements with new and existing systems.

What you will do

• Maintain existing production systems
• Implement new and modernize existing enterprise customer facing systems for daily production
• Interface with cloud providers and systems
• Interact with customers and prime contractors on needs, security requirements, and upcoming and existing systems

What you need to have

Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of experience; or
• Master's Degree and 6-8 years of experience
• HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience with a major programing language such as NodeJS, Java, C#, .NET.
• Experience using application frameworks such as ExpressJS, NestJS, NextJS or Spring
• Experience building solutions with with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, mySQL or Redis
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker

What we'd like you to have

• Experience with ElasticSearch and tools within the ELK stack
