It is a very exciting time of growth for our Managed Services team, and we are currently hiring an Application Developer to contribute to the success of our growing team.  

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

What will I be doing?

We are seeking individuals with Microsoft experience that are interested in an exciting and challenging career working with both Azure Application development. You will join our Managed Services team supporting clients.  As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in a dynamic work environment (and work with some pretty great people too)! You will be assigned several clients within your team, conducting your responsibilities on a remote basis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide advisory level as well as Enhancing and Supporting existing Custom application developed solutions
• Creating requirements and functional design specifications, along with detailed implementation plans and user-focused test scripts
• Anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of clients
• Working closely with clients to meet daily delivery expectations and support operations

• Ability to define and design maintainable, performant solutions using modern tools
• Enjoys multi-tasking across multiple clients and tasks
• Ability to make decisions and manage time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule
• Adept at requirements elicitation and mapping those to business needs and technical solution
• Credible and professional presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work in a team environment across organization functional boundaries
• Exceptional track record of individual & collaborative troubleshooting (problem-solving)
• Full lifecycle implementation, upgrade, and deployment experience
• At least 5+ years application development experience such as:
  • Experience with Frameworks such as: ASP.NET, Linq, MVC, Entity Framework, etc…(C#, React, JavaScript, etc)
  • Modern Applications services within Azure: Webhooks, Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, App Storage, DevOps and Git
  • Oauth 2 authentication with 3rd party API’s. Setup and understand how to configure Oauth, app registrations, etc.
  • Develop against API’s for D365 (C# Plug-In ) and Power Pages
• Previous IT consulting, MSP or managed services experience required. 

What would set me apart?

• Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Apps, BC and CS and Power Automate
  • Plug-In, XRM, Power Pages ,Power Apps, Dataverse
• Hands-on knowledge of Low Code and Modern Applications developed within Azure.
  • Node, Python, etc..
• MCP and MCTS certification
