Application Developer: Cloud FullStack

Introduction
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Excellent at writing and owning code and enjoy working with people who will keep challenging you at every stage.
• Strong problem-solving analytic decision-making and excellent communication with interpersonal skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree and 8+ yrs. of experience in Computer Science or related field
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms data structures databases operating systems etc.
• Extensive experience building services using back-end technologies (Java Spring Jersey) and Knowledge of databases like Oracle and experience in ORM tools like Hibernate

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in distributed/scalable systems. Knowledge of standard tools for optimizing and testing code
• Knowledge/Experience of Development/Build/Deploy/Test life cycle. Good coding skills on Java J2EE Spring Boot microservices Docker Kubernetes
• Azure/AWS Cloud Development experience Knowledge of NoSQL Databases & Agile Methodologies experience
