Responsibilities

• Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and any tasks related to developing a solution. 
• Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, and templates for both internal and external consumption. 
• Develop integration to other third party solutions. 
• Participate in cross-functional development teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and business functions. 
• Effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally. 
• Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations. Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, preferably in Computer Science. 
• One or more years of professional experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with salesforce.com platform – Apex framework, Lightning platform and SOQL.
• Experience with workflows, approval processes, flow builder and process builder on salesforce platform to automate the business processes.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts and the SOLID Principles of Object-Oriented Development.
• Expertise in data integration strategy using middleware tools.
• Experience in REST API, JSON, XML and XSLT.
• Experience and ability to work with team members in multiple geographical locations. 
• Experience in / knowledge of telecommunications industry through direct or indirect work experience. 
• Experience with Agile SDLC, TDD and test case development is preferred.

Base salary range for CO $58,100 - 85,100
