Job Description

Position Summary:

This position is accountable for providing pre-sales and post-sales application to support business growth in semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for a wide variety of chromatography and mass spectrometry products in semiconductor related industry,

Pre-sales technical presentations, demo sample analysis, post-sales solving, customer training, webinars, workshops, and on-site technical support.

Support commercial business growth by delivering value propositions to customers, identifying key portfolio improvement points, exploring potential opportunities, developing fit-for-use application solutions, and collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and regulatory bodies.

Develop and deliver differentiation materials based on technical strategies.

Build customer allegiance by providing high-quality application and product technical support, aiding in lead generation and growing win rates.

Produce and publish application notes to support local business initiatives.

Work across functions to achieve shared objectives of the CMD division.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science, or a related field; PhD strongly preferred.

At least 3 years of technical applications/method development experience in semi related field.

A good teammate, able to work on projects and sales opportunities.

Around 75% travelling for business purposes
