Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for talented and passionate Application Engineer who has knowledge in software solution, especially in remote management products. You will be responsible in providing software solution and supports to our enterprise customers, promote software products to provide optimize customer's complete solution. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in software product as well as exceptional communication skill -- ability to interface with all levels of management staffs in professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): • Conduct research and study new features in our software • Improve and maintain software spec• Build up knowledge base for our software products, utilize the knowledge and skills to conduct diagnostics routines for troubleshooting• Collaborate with the software teams on newly developed software features• Provide service to resolve customer concerns and issues

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS, or MS is strongly preferred • Minimum 1 year of working experiences with remote management is preferred • Knowledge and skill on BMC like iDRAC or ILO is a plus • Strong organizational and well-developed social skills • Excellent telephone etiquette skills • Strong English communication skills in both verbal and written • Be able to work in dependently and able to research and solve problems

Salary Range: $65,000 - $129,000
