Application Engineer [N4 TOS]

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Managed Services Application Engineer is responsible for providing consulting, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance to customers using the N4 TOS product. This role involves delivering IT and operational support to Kaleris/Navis customers, monitoring the health and performance of Kaleris/Navis software, and proactively alerting customers to potential issues. 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and diagnose N4 TOS software and systems. 
• Consult and troubleshoot customer-reported issues with N4 TOS software. 
• Review and administer customer software setups and configurations. 
• Respond to and resolve customer issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 
• Be on standby for critical P1 incidents, including availability to work weekends or shifts as required to support customers 24/7. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a services consultant or support engineer for mission-critical enterprise software or in a related field. 
• Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is highly desirable. 
• Deep technical expertise with the ability to troubleshoot incidents. 
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented. 
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. 
• Strong customer service orientation. 
• Experience working in distributed virtual teams. 
• Proven ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines. 
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus. 
• Bachelor's degree or relevant college qualification.
