Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and applications engineering support for operations, sales and engineering.
  • Participate/Contribute in design reviews of new and updated products proposed by Engineering.
  • Prepare product bulletins and product data sheets.
  • Provide technical support to supply chain by verifying accuracy of orders.
  • Develop technical proposals, well schematics, running procedures.
  • Write and present papers for professional engineering associations, e.g. SPE
  • Demonstrates knowledge of field operations including but not limited to completions and well construction, open hole and cemented frac completions, toe valve, and frac operations.
  • Has knowledge in oilfield math calculations including volumes, pressures, forces, and advanced hydraulics.
  • Maintain controlled copies of relevant applications and sales templates and documents.
  • Manage customer related NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and related processes.
  • Performs client interface duties as required.
  • Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
  • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
  • Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures and programs; including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery policy, health, safety and environmental requirements and all applicable local policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Position is onsite located in Houston, TX.
  • 0 or more years of work experience.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and departments
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to effectively utilize dedicated resources and ability to plan, control and take responsibility for own work
  • Proven technical problem-solving ability
  • Math fundamentals, calculate pressures, volumes and advanced hydraulics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
