Application Integration Engineer

Are you an experienced professional user of Windows or Linux? Have you carried out Application packaging work? Can you work with large data sets in MS Excel? If you've answered yes, then Fivesky is looking for you - our next App Integration Engineer!  

 Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience with Windows/ Mac administration and desktop applications
• Handled heavy Application Integration work
• Experienced in the testing of desktop and web applications
• Microsoft O365 (Office, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Project) with high efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert troubleshooting ability 
• Experience managing system and user configuration across a large, distributed environment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; attention to detail
• Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
• Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to quickly absorb and retain dynamic company processes and information

What you will do:

• Work with large datasets, manipulate data, and build reports 
• Interview clients and vendors on the business and technical function of the application
• Coordinate review and testing sessions with internal, technology, business, risk, and support teams to enroll the applications at the firm
• Create application packages and sequencing leveraging Microsoft Admin studio, and equivalent MAC variants
• Understanding the network and infrastructure requirements of the applications and working with infrastructure and risk teams to document
• Liaising with the acquired company’s software team to understand the software footprint and population
• Liaising with finance and IT teams to ensure the software is properly on-boarded and licensed
• Cataloging and reporting progress of application readiness
• Documenting procedures for application requests, support, and escalation
• Coordinate and perform application testing

It would be awesome if you had some security experience with some of this too:

• Working knowledge of Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, etc.)
• Script to carry out automation tasks
