Application Integration Engineer (Box)

As a Application Integration Engineer (Box), you will use cutting-edge cloud and data technologies to help global brands and federal agencies solve challenging problems through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing

1. Box Administration:

• Manage and administer Box accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system health and performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Maintain and update Box configurations to align with organizational needs.

2. Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Box with other third-party applications and services, such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and more.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline content management processes.
• Configure authentication per the design plan.

3. Collaboration and User Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users for Box-related inquiries and issues.
• Train users and teams on Box best practices and features.

4. Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards for data stored in Box.
• Stay updated on security best practices and apply them to Box environments.

5. Customization and Development:

• Customize Box with custom applications or extensions to meet unique business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Box applications using Box APIs and SDKs.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain documentation for Box configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Generate regular reports on Box usage, performance, and compliance.

Location and Travel Details

This is a remote position with occasional travel (if needed).

Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements

Must Able to hold and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Profile of Success

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Box administrator or similar role.
  Strong knowledge of Box features, functionalities, and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Box certifications, such as Box Certified Professional or Box Certified Administrator.
• Experience with other cloud-based platforms and technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Project management skills for executing Box-related projects.
