Application Manager

Mission Statement:

We are seeking an Application Manager for SharePoint/Power Platform based in Bangalore location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage application from its initial planning , development through retirement (decommissioning).
• Responsible for maximizing the business value realization for the application.
• Monitor everyday operations of applications development team and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain close interaction with business owners.
• Collaborate with architects , quality testers , application specialists to achieve quality deliverables for sharepoint and powerplatform hosted applications.
• Consider and manage IT controls regulatory and legal requirements while designing , delivering and running platforms, applications and services.
• Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the sharepoint and power platform applications.
• Coordinate between technical supplier team and business stakeholders for application management and governance.
• Ensure that the application has a proper strategic positioning in alignment with IT enterprise architecture and global IT domains and that the application has a proper license agreement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Application Management and Service Delivery in multinational companies.
• Knowledge on Sharepoint Online ,Power Automate , PowerApps,SPFx, Javascript, Graph and REST API, SQL Server
• Knowledge on ITIL methodologies , L6S and DevOps tools
• Manage, plan , schedule and control an application or platform build through different stages (including testing and deploying) and environments
• Ensure Service Delivery, in particular case resolution (incidents, requests, change) management.
• Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders.
• Innovative and creative mindset with a proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience in IT platform management, with a focus on SharePoint architecture and database management
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
