About the RoleAs the Senior Manager of Applications, you will primarily be overseeing the Applications Department at Anatomage by reviewing development proposals, projects, timelines, resources, and costs. We are growing at a rapid pace and seeking a Senior Manager of Applications to help implement new functions and ideas to our current flagship application. This person will be an integral part of the team, working alongside a group of subject matter experts who have an impact on our educational resources provided to our clients.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or other related fields. This person must have demonstrated project management skills, strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to delve into next-generation 3D anatomy visualization.

This role is on-site, local candidates in Santa Clara, CA preferred

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of application design, development, and user support, including assessment and implementation of current and new capabilities
• Manage the development, documentation and implementation of new processes
• Oversee key processes and participate in the ongoing development, maintenance, and risk management of flagship applications
• Enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Develop and execute plans and strategies in close collaboration with business teams including executive management
• Support, lead, and inspire a large, high-performing team of application engineers and specialists
• Provide feedback for peer reviews, code reviews, and design reviews
• Communicate effectively with teams, business partners, and technology organizations, including stakeholders to gain alignment among groups with new perspectives
• Recruit and train a team of highly skilled professionals
• Other projects and responsibilities assigned as needed

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Qualities We Look For

• Broad and current knowledge of business technology and applications
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and employees of all levels
• Experience with video creation or graphic design
• Experience in the medical or dental industry

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields (Master's preferred)
• Two or more years people management
