As the Application Manager, you will lead the strategy and ADM work for the platform portfolio. You will set standards and best practices. You will also establish the right design, lead engineering work, own change management, and escalate point of operations. Additionally, you will:

• Evaluate, recommend, and manage key applications to maximize ROI for P&G on its technology investments
• Be the owner for the portfolio of toolsets, knowledge documents, and other components
• Update the documentary repository (MEGA) and maintains complete documentation of application portfolio under ownership
• Manage application transition from implementation to production support and do activities such as preparing detailed transition plan, establish sign-off criteria, and ensuring complete application documentation
• Lead rigorous technology assessment along with technical architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop business case in favor of a particular application portfolio
• Demonstrate potential value realization in terms of TCO saving and user experience improvement for implementing and decommissioning an application or a portfolio of applications
• Lead discussions with vendors, architecture, management, technical, and functional teams to lead overall service strategy
• Ensures compliance to information security standards by working closely with information architect and security teams
• Ensure the operational upkeep of the application portfolio and its components
• Be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts
• Transition digital applications developed by the digital innovation team
• Establish a strategy and transition plan for ensuring ongoing InfoSec compliance, and provide application support for incident problem and service level management

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or computer applications OR master's degree in technology, computer applications, or computer science
• Excellent sense of IT application portfolio impact and can converse equally well with a technical and non-technical audience
• Experience establishing KPIs for adoption
• Experience creating appropriate knowledge documentation for applications

Great Additional Skills:

• Previous experience with P&G systems, iRisk, Mega, AMS
