Application Manager

A P&G Application Manager will:

• Be accountable for maintaining the Proficy system including issue escalation and resolution
• Is the first line of support when a user raises an issue and can assess when there is truly an issue versus when there is a gap in user understanding of the system
• Responsible for the use and adoption of the system, including identifying opportunities for the site to further leverage the system to eliminate losses and drive savings
• Managing User training and work procedures for the system

Role Must Haves:

• Able to demonstrate leadership and be comfortable engaging with all management levels
• Proactively identifies issues and develops efficient solutions
• Strong business communication skills - verbal and written
